Three steps to naturally beautiful teeth
In just a few steps, Dr. Stefan Schultheis performs treatment with veneers in the Q dental practice:
1. DIAGNOSTIC APPOINTMENT
First, we take photos and videos, take impressions and carry out measurements. Particularly with veneers, exact planning in advance is important to guarantee a result that is precisely tailored to you. By the way: With the help of the Digital Smile DesignTM software, we are able to design the new shape and proportions of your teeth together on the computer - until you are satisfied with your new smile!
2. PREPARATION AND IMPRESSION
We then prepare your teeth for the restoration with veneers. For this purpose, the tooth hardly needs to be pretreated, its substance is thus almost completely preserved. After the preparation, we take an impression, which we give to our in-house dental laboratory. In most cases, we can already work completely digitally with intraoral scanners. A cumbersome impression is then no longer necessary.
3. BONDING THE VENEERS TO THE TEETH
Every single veneer is made by hand. In the meantime, we provide the pre-treated teeth with a perfect temporary restoration that no one will notice. Finally, we permanently bond the veneers to the tooth using a special bonding technique.
