"File system" means any structured collection of personal data accessible according to specified criteria, whether such collection is maintained on a centralized, decentralized, or functional or geographic basis.

Cookies use

(1) In addition to the previously mentioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies cannot execute programs or transfer viruses to your computer. They are used to make the Internet offer as a whole more user-friendly and effective.

(2) This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and functionality of which are explained below:

  • Transient cookies (for this purpose 1.)
  • Persistent cookies (for this purpose 2.)
  1. Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include in particular the session cookies. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.
  2. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified duration, which may differ depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies in the security settings of your browser at any time.

You can configure your browser settings according to your preferences and, for example, refuse to accept third-party cookies or all cookies. So-called "third party cookies" are cookies that have been set by a third party, consequently not by the actual website you are currently on. We would like to point out that by deactivating cookies you may not be able to use all functions of this website.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. A combination of this data with other data sources is not made. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of unlawful use.

Data security

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Google Analytics

(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymization is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.

(2) The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

(3) You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. (4) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This means that IP addresses are processed in abbreviated form, which means that personal references can be ruled out. Insofar as the data collected about you is related to a person, this is therefore immediately excluded and the personal data is thus immediately deleted.

(5) We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. Google Web Fonts

We use "Google Web Fonts" on our website, a service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as: "Google"). Google Web Fonts enables us to use external fonts, so-called Google Fonts. For this purpose, the required Google Font is loaded into the browser cache by your web browser when you access our website. This is necessary so that your browser can display a visually improved representation of our texts. If your browser does not support this function, a standard font will be used by your computer for display. The integration of these web fonts is done by a server call, usually at a Google server in the USA. This transmits to the server which of our Internet pages you have visited. The IP address of the browser of your terminal device is also stored by Google. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected and processed by Google through the use of Google Web Fonts.

We use Google Web Fonts for optimization purposes, in particular to improve the use of our website for you and to make its design more user-friendly. This is also our legitimate interest.

Google has submitted to the Privacy Shield agreement concluded between the European Union and the USA and has certified itself. Google thereby undertakes to comply with the standards and regulations of European data protection law. You can find more information in the entry linked below:

You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right.

Information of the third party provider: Google Dublin, Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, Fax: +353 (1) 436 1001. Further information on data protection can be found on the following Google web pages:

Jameda

Seals or widgets of jameda GmbH, St. Cajetan-Straße 41, 81669 Munich, Germany are integrated on our website.

A widget is a small window that displays changing information. Our seal also works in a similar way, i.e. it does not always look the same, but the display changes. Although the corresponding content is displayed on our website, it is retrieved from the jameda servers at that moment. This is the only way to always show the current content, especially the current rating. For this purpose, a data connection must be established from this website to jameda and jameda receives certain technical data (date and time of the visit; the page from which the query is made; Internet Protocol address (IP address) used, browser type and version, device type, operating system and similar technical information) that are necessary for the content to be delivered. However, this data is only used to provide the content and is not stored or used in any other way.

With the integration, we pursue the purpose and the legitimate interest of presenting current and correct content on our homepage. The legal basis is Art 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO. We do not store the aforementioned data due to this integration. Further information on data processing by jameda can be found in the privacy policy of the page www.jameda.de.

Contact form

If you send us appointment requests or inquiries via contact form, the data you provide (e-mail address, name, telephone number) will be stored in order to answer your questions. This data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and there are no legal obligations to retain it. Third parties will not be given access to this data.

Social media

We use social plug-ins of the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Instagram on our website on the basis of Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSGVO in order to make our practice better known. The underlying promotional purpose is to be considered a legitimate interest within the meaning of the DSGVO. The responsibility for data protection-compliant operation is to be ensured by their respective providers. The integration of these plug-ins by us takes place by way of the so-called two-click method in order to protect visitors to our website as best as possible.

Facebook

Social media plugins from Facebook are used on our website to make their use more personal. For this purpose, we use the "LIKE" or "SHARE" button. This is an offer from Facebook.

When you call up a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser, which then integrates it into the website.

By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not currently logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there.

If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can directly assign your visit to our website to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "LIKE" or "SHARE" button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on Facebook and displayed to your Facebook friends.

Facebook may use this information for the purposes of advertising, market research and demand-oriented design of the Facebook pages. For this purpose, Facebook creates usage, interest and relationship profiles, e.g. to evaluate your use of our website with regard to the advertisements displayed to you on Facebook, to inform other Facebook users about your activities on our website and to provide other services associated with the use of Facebook.

If you do not want Facebook to assign the data collected via our website to your Facebook account, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, can be found in Facebook's privacy policy.

Twitter

Plugins of the short message network of Twitter Inc. (Twitter) are integrated on our Internet pages. You can recognize the Twitter plugins (tweet button) by the Twitter logo on our page. You can find an overview of tweet buttons here.

When you visit a page of our website that contains such a plugin, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Twitter server. Twitter thereby receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Twitter "tweet button" while logged into your Twitter account, you can link the content of our pages on your Twitter profile. This allows Twitter to associate the visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Twitter.

If you do not want Twitter to be able to associate your visit to our pages, please log out of your Twitter user account.

For more information, please see Twitter's privacy policy.

Instagram

Our website also uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") from Instagram, which is operated by Instagram LLC., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Instagram").

The plugins are marked with an Instagram logo, for example in the form of an "Instagram camera".

When you access a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of Instagram. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Instagram directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Instagram receives the information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have an Instagram profile or are not currently logged in to Instagram.

This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to an Instagram server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in to Instagram, Instagram can directly assign your visit to our website to your Instagram account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Instagram" button, this information is also transmitted directly to an Instagram server and stored there.

The information will also be published on your Instagram account and shown to your contacts there.

If you do not want Instagram to directly assign the data collected via our website to your Instagram account, you must log out of Instagram before visiting our website.

For more information, please see Instagram's privacy policy.

YouTube

Our website uses content (video player and videos) from the YouTube site operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plug-in, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited.

If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

For more information on the handling of user data, please refer to YouTube's privacy policy at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

Actuality and change of this privacy policy

This privacy policy is currently valid and has the status May 2018

Due to the further development of our website and offers on it or due to changed legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to change this privacy policy.
